About Daytona Beach

Daytona Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Florida drawing large crowds year round.  The area hosts some of the most popular events in the country including Bike Week and the Daytona 500. 

The Hilton Daytona Beach resort is one of the most beautiful properties in the area.  The resort has a private beach area, Ocean Walk Village which includes numerous shopping and dining options, also nearby are a water park as well as small amusement park.

Transportation Information

*Important Announcement Regarding Transportation*

Out of the 3 major airports (listed below), we would highly recommend flying into Daytona Beach Airport, which  is only 6 miles from the Hilton Resort.

If you do fly into Orlando International Airport, it is strongly suggested to use the suggested Dots Shuttle Service   or rent a car.  The special rate is a $45-$55 roundtrip if reserved in advance through the company, their shuttle hours are approximately 6:30am-9:30pm, so book your flight times accordingly.

OIA is about 70 miles from the Hilton, so renting a car or our suggested shuttle service is the best, most economical way to travel to the hotel.

• Orlando International Airport - All carrriers, 70 miles from Hotel. The Daytona Orlando transit system offers door to door service at $45-$55 round trip if booked in advance.(www.dots-daytonabeach.com 386-257-5411). 
• Daytona Beach Airport - Daily arrivals via Delta, US Air, Air Tran, Continental and United.  Located 5.5 miles from Hotel.  Taxi service offered at $14 each way
• Sanford International Airport - Daily arrivals via AirTran and various international carriers.  35 miles away from hotel.
