Lowering blood pressure, relieving stress symptoms, speeding up healing time, reducing anxiety, not getting sick as often- these are just some of the meditation benefits proven by science. Diana makes meditation easy- whether you've meditated in the past, and want to re-vamp your practice, or you are just starting out, you will reach transcendent states of connection and oneness with Diana's unique guided meditations.
Two Class sessions, held online through a zoom meeting, on two consecutive Tuesdays from 5:30-7:30 pm. Participants attend via computer, tablet, smartphone or dial-in via phone.
