Community Connections' 2019 Annual Meeting & Community Celebration 

Please join clients, staff and trustees at our 2019 Annual Meeting & Community Celebration in Cortez recognizing community partners and employers of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Wednesday, August 28th.
