2015 SASA Scholarship Breakfast 

This year SASA has selected fourteen outstanding Sarasota and Manatee County student-athletes to receive scholarships funded by a variety of community partners and sports-based organizations. Join us as we acknowledge these students' achievements at our Annual Scholarship Breakfast at University Park Country Club on Thursday, May 14, 2015.

This year's special guest speaker will be nationally recognized communication and character development expert, Steve Shenbaum. As Founder and President of game on Nation, Shenbaum has developed a unique improv-based curriculum to help athletes, businesses, and brands from around the world improve self-awareness and creativity while embracing the power of honesty, humility and positive humor. Shenbaum has been featured in Sports Illustrated, Sporting News, New York Times, The New Yorker, LA Times, BBC Network, Big Ten Network, ESPN “Outside the Lines”, ESPN News, ESPN The Magazine and ABC News.

Cost to attend is $30 and includes a full breakfast. Limited seating is available to the public via pre-registration.
