The Emotionally Absent Mother

If you have experienced or missed mothering in your life, whether your mother is deceased or living, this class is for you. This is called being “under-mothered.” For whatever reason, she just was not there for you. If your mother exhibited narcissistic behaviors, then she was also emotionally absent.  We will explore the impact the absence of mothering has had on your life and explore what you can do to support your healing.
