Partners on a Mission
The success of a nonprofit is reliant on many factors but few as important as the Executive Director-Board Chair relationship. Partners on a Mission is a collaborative workshop series designed to develop and advance the relationship between your nonprofit’s Board President and Executive Director. After the training, both parties will have clear expectations and a firm understanding of how they can achieve peak performance – together. Xan Blake of The Blake Partnership, will be facilitating this program, which will be especially impactful for new Executive Director/Board Chair pairs. Attendees must commit to all 4 workshops.
Dates: March 9th, March 16th, March 23rd, and March 30th, 4:00pm-5:30pm
FEE: $250 per attendee
Xan Blake, Founder and President—The Blake Partnership Founder and President of the Blake Partnership, Xan Blake brings twenty-five years of nonprofit management experience including expertise in fund development, governance and board training all of which is designed to bring her clients’ important missions to life. The company is located in Princeton Junction, New Jersey and has provided consulting services to organizations across the country including those that focus on the arts, education, healthcare, social justice, financial services, land preservation, affordable housing, nutrition and wellness, serving seniors and people with disabilities as well as many others. Xan holds an undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and a Master’s Degree from the University of Tulsa. Xan is also a Certified Fund Raising Professional.
