We do NOT call attendees to book accommodation.
We have been made aware of organizations approaching our guests promising lower priced accommodation. Some claim to be official representatives of ourselves or the venue. However, they are NOT working with us and we recommend you do NOT do business with them. If you are approached by anyone attempting to book hotel rooms please inform Amy or Paula at amy@cuanm.org or paula@cuanm.org.

    $250 for a half page full color ad

Can't attend the conference? We offer a non-attendance sponsorship package competitively priced for $750.  It's perfect for any company that wants to reach NCUCCC 2021 attendees but can't attend the conference.  Non-attendee sponsorship includes:

  • Company logo in conference marketing material
  • Company logo, name, description and link on website
  • Option to insert one piece of literature or promo item in attendee bag

Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy 

You may substitute representatives for either virtual registration or in-person registration without charge at any time; just notify us by emailing Amy Vigil at amy@cuanm.org prior to Friday, August 27, 2021.

You may cancel your registration and receive a refund of 50% of the original registration fee provided that your cancellation notice is emailed to Amy Vigil by midnight of Friday, August 27, 2021. 

No refunds will be given for cancellations after Friday, August 27, 2021. If you have any questions regarding this policy please email at amy@cuanm.org or call at 505-338-4210

There are no price reductions to packages in the event of travel restrictions since virtual access is being provided.
