For Every Generation

"The counsel of the Lord stands forever, the plans of His heart for every generation." -- Psalm 33:11

Our theme, “For Every Generation,” flows throughout the entire conference in a variety of tracks and workshops.  We’ve aligned our time together with our ministry priorities: Conference Care, Church Development and Church Multiplication. There will be plenty of opportunities to hear what God is doing in each of these areas, and to think about how you might bring what you learn back to equip the saints at home for the work of ministry. 

This year we’ve dedicated rooms for Conference Care and Ministry to Women. Each of those groups are getting ready to serve you with sessions thoughfully prepared to meet your needs, challenge and equip you. Also new this year, your lunches on Tue/Wed are included in the registration fee. On Tuesday enjoy a Q&A session with Ed Stetzer and on Wednesday, break out groups will form around our Ministry Priorities and Women’s Ministries. No need to make a special selection— just come and let us take care of the details!

There will be opportunities to visit Newport, Federal Hill, the Roger Williams Zoo and other local attractions together.  The hotel is beautiful, comes with a free shuttle to the airport, local restaurants and shops, and has plenty of free parking.  I hope you’ll make plans now to join us in Rhode Island!

SPEAKERS:
     

ED STETZER,  the President of LifeWay Research, a prolific author, and well-known conference speaker will lead us as we seek  God’s purpose and passion for His church.
JASON McCONNELL, Pastor of the Franklin United Church and East Franklin Union Church and Area Representative for Vermont presents his experiences with bringing a church into a new generation of ministry. PAUL McPHEETERS, our Conference President will encourage us to embrace God’s vision for the CCCC for this generation and will lead us in the Lord’s Supper.
RON HAMILTON, our Conference Minister will send us out to serve the Lord as His faithful servants in this generation.

CHILDREN'S CONFERENCE:
We have an exciting week planned for children of all ages, including the very youngest.  The highlight of our time together is a coach trip to the Roger Williams Zoo.  The hotel has provided a generous location for our children’s ministry and it is staffed with a variety of volunteers experienced with working with children.

YOUTH CONFERENCE:
Local pastors and youth leaders are putting together a variety of on-site and off-site activities to mesh with our “For Every Generation” theme.  Our location, near the city of Providence and the Rhode Island seashore, provides ample venues for our time together this week.  We’ll we seek to grow together in our fellowship and in God’s grace.
