What Does it Mean for Employers and Employees?

This panel discussion is made up of Human Resource professionals, legal subject matter experts and the New York State PFL insurance leader. This panel will help all stakeholders better prepare for the NYS January 2018 PFL mandate. They will not only discuss what exactly PFL is along with what its true impact on employers and employees will be, but the panel will delve into detail on topics such as:

• How you can mitigate risk regardless of employee size
• How you can maintain compliance and protect both business and employee interests
• What you need and can do to best prepare financially
• Where the financial burdens lie
• How this new PFL mandate will impact you

The one hour discussion will be followed by an open floor Q&A which will provide a simplified guidance as we all transition and prepare for New York State's Paid Family Leave Mandate.
