  • Andrew will cover the basics of trademarks and when you need one, what to know before filing, how they work and your responsibilities once your trademark issues.  He'll also look at untraditional uses of trademarks that provide additional protection for your products and creative works.  He can also cover how to use trademarks to enhance marketing campaigns and ideas for monetizing trademarks to earn a tangible return on your investment.

Short Bio:  Andrew Eisenberg is a partner and registered patent attorney with Lee & Hayes, an industry leading intellectual property law firm consistently recognized as one of the nation's highest-quality IP law firms in the United States.  Andrew primarily assists clients with the development of strategic intellectual property portfolios.  Andrew is well-versed in both patent and trademark law and regularly counsels clients on patent and trademark licensing matters.
