Our target audience includes cardiologists, endocrinologists, heart failure specialists, primary care, family practice, internal medicine and palliative care physicians, fellows, residents, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and diabetes educators.
CVI’s Inaugural Philadelphia Heart Failure Symposium has been organized by a regional team of thought leaders in the field of heart failure. Keynote Presentations and Focus Topics have been selected to provide updates and useful information for front line clinicians and staff to assist them in the diagnosis and management of this important patient population. Keynote Presentations offer an update on diagnosis and management of Heart Failure in 2023, and the critical importance of decongestion to sustaining optimal cardio-renal function. Focus topics highlight: IMPLEMENT HF; New Therapies for HFpEF; SGLT-2 Inhibitors; Diagnosing and Treating Amyloid Disease; New Therapies for HCM; New Devices and Therapies for HF Monitoring and Modulation; Optimizing GDMT for HFrEF; Advanced HF Therapies; Palliative Care; Cardiogenic Shock and Pulmonary Artery Hypertension. Our goal and expected outcome is to help clinicians better diagnose and manage; as well as ensure optimal care and outcomes for their patients suffering from Heart Failure.
