Liver Mush Eating Contest! 

~ Contestants must pre-register at the Chamber of Commerce or online

~Contestants will report to check-in at 10:30 am on the courthouse lawn on Warren Street where tables will be set up for the competition 

~ Competition begins at 11:00 am

~Contestants will be given a block of Mack’s Liver Mush and an array of condiments will be available if needed

~Competitors will have 10 minutes to eat as much of the block as possible

~The competitors can have a coach with them during the competition

~When the time is over, a whistle will sound.  Officials will direct all competitors stop eating.  Officials will determine the winner based on highest quantity consumed

~ Winners will receive a medal and tshirt
