Annual Awards Lunch Meeting

Please join us for the May 10th Gabriel Chapter Meeting and Annual Awards Lunch at McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks in McLean, VA.  Our guest speaker will be Maj Gen (S) Brian T. Kelly, Director of Military Force Management Policy, Deputy Chief of Staff for Manpower, Personnel, and Services, HQs, US Air Force.  He is responsible for establishing force management policies for more than 500,000 Air Force military personnel.  These policies guide the accession, assignment, evaluation, skills analysis, and management, promotion, readiness, retraining, separation, and retirement of the Air Force's human capital.  His office also overseas aspects of total force management to include contingency, mobilization, training management, and rated force policy.

Also, the May luncheon is our Annual Awards Luncheon, where we'll recognize chapter members and our Teachers of the Year.  We and Maj Gen (S) Kelly will recognize our HS and K-8 Teachers of the Year.

*1130 - Arrive and check-in
*1200 - Meeting begins - Lunch
*1230 - Chapter Updates from Chapter President & Officers
*1245 - Guest Speaker
*1330 - Meeting Ends

Dress Code: Business, or uniform of the day for active duty

The menu includes a Caesar Salad, and a choice of Chicken Marsala, Simply Grilled Salmon, or Shrimp Scampi, and a dessert of Creme Brulee.

Price is $37 for Members Still Working, and $27 for Retired Members (no longer working).  There is no charge for activey duty or government employees to attend.
