2023 INCITS Officers Symposium 

To INCITS TC and TG Chairman, International Representatives, US TAG Chairs and Administrators, US SC Chairman and WG Convenors and Executive Board Members -

The 2023 INCITS Officers' Symposium and Annual Awards Dinner is being held in person in Denver, CO from June 5-7, 2023.

This event will be two full days of information sharing and networking opportunities to allow participants to collaborate with their peers from across the private sector, academia, consortia, and government.

Symposium Schedule

• Tuesday, June 6, 2023 - Event begins at 9:00 AM local time.
• Wednesday, June 7, 2023 - Event begins at 9:00 AM local time.

Symposium Highlights

• Monday, June 5, 2023 - Evening Welcome Reception
  This is an an opportunity to unwind from travel, meet with peers, and reconnect with friends before the Symposium begins the next morning. Begins at 5:30 pm local time.
  
  
• Tuesday, June 6, 2023 - Cocktail Hour and Awards Dinner
  The awards recognize the individual achievements of experts within the INCITS community and to acknowledge those participants that have provided technical expertise and exhibited effective committee management while participating in standards development activities. Begins at 6:30 pm local time.
  
  
• Wednesday, June 7, 2023 - Officer Training 
  While officer training is a requirement for Chairs, Vice Chairs and Int'l Representatives, prospective officers and other interested parties are also encouraged to attend these training sessions. Begins immediately following adjournment of the Symposium.

                                                                                                                                               

Hotel Information
The event is being hosted at the Hyatt Place Denver/Downtown. Reservations should be done through the special portal established by the hotel for this event not later than May 15, 2023. For telephone assistance, please use 877-803-7534. The group rate is $239 per night. This includes hot buffet breakfast, wifi, and reduced valet parking. The rate is available 3 days per/post the event.
