Exhibit Hall Hours:

Friday - 3:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.

Saturday - 11:15 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.

The Exhibit Hall will be closed during all continuing education seminars, allowing all exhibitors an additional opportunity for networking and increasing face time with potential customers at no additional cost.  As an exhibitor, you will have free of charge access to all educational seminars and social gatherings.

Booth Rental* – each 10' x 10' booth includes pipe drape, table, two chairs, sign exhibiting your company name, and 1 complimentary booth participant; additional participants $100 each; listing in program. Booth placement is assigned on a first paid basis. You may purchase multiple booths to accommodate your company's needs.

Sponsor – includes sign at your company’s booth identifying you as the ¡Expo Fiesta! sponsor; listing in program; social media recognition and link to your company from AIA-LRGV website.  The ¡Expo Fiesta! kicks off the opening of the trade show – three hours of uninterrupted time with attendees. 

Tour Sponsor - includes sign at departure site and tour luncheon identifying you as the tour sponsor; listing in program; social media recognition and link to your company from AIA-LRGV website.

ISLA MIXER Sponsor – includes sign at your company’s booth identifying you as the ISLA MIXER sponsor; listed on group sign situated at entrance; listing in program, social media recognition, and link to your company from AIA-LRGV website. This celebration is a family affair that culminates the Building Communities Conference. This event will take place Friday evening.

Cancellation/Refund Policy - Refunds will be issued if AIA-LRGV receives a written cancellation notice by July 31, 2022. An administrative fee of $50 will be retained. Registration fees become non-refundable and non-transferable after July 31, 2022. Refunds will be processed after the conference. Please email refund requests to: msustaeta@lrgvaia.org
