Cancelation Policy

• If you decide you want to cancel the summer camp, you have to make an official request, email to school (alphastem.us@gmail.com) with your kid's name & registered course. 
• If you submit a request before the 3rd class, we’ll refund all the remaining tuition. No processing fee. 
• If you submit a request before 6th class, we’ll give you a 100% remaining Credit or 70% Refund. $30 processing fee will be charged. 
• If you submit a request before 10th class, we’ll give you a 100% Credit or 50% Refund.$30 processing fee will be charged. 
• If you submit a request after 15th class, we’ll give you a 75% Credit, No Refund.
• If you submit a request after 20th class, we give No Credit or Refund.  
• Regular class rate will be apply when refund for partial-finished courses, no promotion rate, discounted package price, or other discounts. 

Change of Camp Policy

If you decide you want to change camps, you have to make an official request, email to school (alphastem.us@gmail.com). There is a $10 Charge Per Change Request. You are responsible for paying the camp tuition differences.
