Primetime Tailgate Party

Join us for a winning time at the Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce's Primetime Tailgate event on Tuesday, October 18. Networking will be the game plan for the evening. Score some new contacts and some great exposure for your business at the premiere networking event of the year.

Cost to reserve your space is $150 for members, $500 for non-members. Register between now and October 10 and receive a $50 discount.

Titanium, Platinum, Gold, Copper and Silver level Millennium Partners may reserve a space for no charge.

Dress yourself and your display in your favorite team colors and prepare your team to put on their best game face for doing business.

Each participating team will receive:

• 6 ft. table - suitable for a table-top display
  Note: due to the outdoor nature and short-duration of the event, we are unable to provide electricity for the booths.
• 2 hours of full-contact business networking in a fun and festive environment

Here's the gameplan for the evening:

• Welcome the newest players on the Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce team - this is the first big event for most of the players who joined during our big membership event in May - let's let them know what valuable members they are on our team!
• And, what tailgate party would be complete without music, food, drinks, fun, corn-hole games and more?!

We respectfully ask that you staff and provide setup and takedown of your own booth for the tailgate party.

Note: This year, we have opted to offer PRIMETIME as our primary large-event networking opportunity. There will be no 2011 Business EXPO.
