Please join us at the 2016 Jacksonville-Onslow Nonprofit Board Development Conference! We are proud to bring you a line-up of informative presentations delivered by experienced professionals, and the opportunity to network with your nonprofit peers.

This annual event is a invaluable opportunity for nonprofit leaders to gain further insight on your role in advancing your organizations mission through in-depth, practical education sessions. New this year at the request of many of our nonprofits is a conference track designed exclusively for your organizations executive staff leaders.  Every board member and staff leader connected to your organization should attend! Registration is required by Tuesday, January 12, 2016.

To help ensure sound stewardship of your organization, these sessions focus on the responsibilities of being a board member, practices to increase the effectiveness of your board, and     keeping your board engaged.

With a focus on important functions within the day to day management of your nonprofit, the sessions within this track will provide your staff leaders with tools for success in advancing the mission and vision of the organization.

 Optional Add-On Session: Strategic Planning, Keri Erb

(Seating available beginning at 8:30AM at the Jacksonville Youth Center) 

For nonprofit leaders, establishing a shared vision for your organization and developing a plan of action to get there is a critical responsibility. Strategic planning is crucial in making your mission actionable. It sets clear goals, which allow you to measure your progress, and helps make a compelling case for funding.  In this extended session, Keri Erb will work with your nonprofit leaders to begin developing a successful strategic plan for your organization

Registration is Required by January 12, 2016. 

For persons seeking credit for the City of Jacksonville mandated professional board training, be aware that you must attend at least three of the sessions to receive credit. Attendance will be taken at the end of each session. Each person seeking credit will be responsible to submit documentation to the College.
