The Essential ABC'S Learning Series 

Share this invitation with your colleagues and plan to join us on March 12^th for an educational workshop featuring Aspirin therapy, Blood pressure control, Cholesterol management, and Smoking cessation to improve cardiac population health.  

The Cardiac Health Learning Series is a movement of the United States Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office of the National Coordinator (ONC), Centers for Disease Control and Violence Prevention (CDC) and other stakeholders  designed to convene medical experts, community partners, and physician offices under the shared vision of improving cardiac population health.
