SAW Dinner at 9 + Nine Chinese Cuisine 

Please join us for another delectable dinner at 9 + Nine Chinese Cuisine in Clayton Park.

Chef Peter was classically trained at renowned restaurants in Hong Kong before immigrating to Canada in the '70s. Before opening 9+Nine Chinese Restaurant, he was the owner and executive chef of Fan's in Dartmouth and numerous fine dining establishments in Calgary. Chef Peter also taught Chinese cooking in San Francisco and collaborated as chef consultant to television celebrity chef Martin Yan.
