2011 CFD Banquet Item Donation Form 

CFD is collecting Raffle and Silent Auction items for our 2011 Annual Banquet to be held on  April 30 2011.   We need your help.
 
We are looking for:

   - Trainers to donate a riding lesson
   - Artists to donate art work - horsey is nice but does not have to be
   - Products from your businesses
   - Services
   - Any horsey items in new or like new condition
   - Show items, Riding Items 
   - Any pet items in new or like new condition
   - Cool stuff

In exchange for your donation, CFD will:

  *  List you as a Donor on our website and link to your website if you provide 
      us a link.
  *  List you as a Donor in our E-News and printed newsletters as we promote
      and report on the Banquet  
  * List you as a Donor in the Banquet Program
  * Announce you or your company's name at the Banquet
  * Our eternal gratitude

No donation is too small.  All donations are welcome.  The sooner you donate, the sooner we can start listing you as a banquet Donor and all that goes with it.
