Endurance Camps Lake Placid 

A Lake Placid camp was the most requested camp that EC has had from it's followers. So we are delivering a camp to the east coasters!

This camp is truly going to be special. Access to the lake is in the cabin's back yard were we will have supported open water swims along with rides & runs on the Ironman Lake Placid course only to come back to the cabin and enjoy every meal prepared by EC's chef!

Come enjoy clinics at the outdoor fireplace where we will cover specific swim, bike, run and mental approach topics. Goal Setting, Visualization drills and our staple of camp - our 5-Course Beer Pairing Dinner!

All levels are welcome. Whether you are training for IMLP or have never done a triathlon before but are interested in the sport - this is the perfect camp for you. We split off in groups according to your ability with a focus on a fun atmosphere and a "camp vibe."
