Learning Objectives:
- Review Site Self Assessment (SSA) data and PTN TCPi Aims with a focus on patient engagement.
- Explain the role of Occupational Therapists in integrated healthcare settings and the approach OT in treating the whole patient beyond the exam room.
- Discuss the importance of engaging patients in decision making on the personal, administrative, and system levels of health care.
- Review measures submitted by practices and inform actions which can be taken towards quality improvement.
