In this workshop designed especially for educators, participants will explore how bias and race prejudice develop, and how they become structured into institutions and systems. Participants will also gain insight into how children and adults internalize and act out of these biases. The 4 Goals of Anti-bias Education will be introduced and participants will consider ways to apply them to educational settings. For educators working in all settings, including early childhood, religious education, after school programs, K-12, public and private schools, and teacher education programs at colleges and universities.

Costs:
The early bird price for registration is $105.00, before March 18th, 2020 at midnight.
The regular registration rate is $125.00

Registration Cancellation Policy
75% of registration will be refunded before the end of early bird pricing on March 18th. 50% of registration will be refunded between March 18th and the close of registration on April 11th, 2020. No refunds will be given after registration closes April 11th, 2020. All refunds will have the Paypal fee that Crossroads pays deucted before being issued.
