Meet the Expert

Stacie Runion
Director of Organizational Development
Cardone Industries

Stacie Runion is Director of Organizational Development for CARDONE Industries, the largest family-owned auto parts remanufacturer in the world. She is responsible for the design and effectiveness of CARDONE’s organization. This includes oversight of the company’s professional talent acquisition and its learning and development programs for employees. Stacie supports CARDONE’s strategic vision by ensuring that the company has the right employees in the right jobs, with the right training at the right time.

For nearly 19 years, Stacie has developed her expertise across a broad variety of Human Resources roles at CARDONE, including HR Services, Benefits Administration, Executive Recruiting and HR Systems. During her career, she has received several honors for her service to the company, including the Frances Cardone Women in Leadership Award.
Stacie is a graduate of Wheaton College, with a degree in Communications. She has also completed her Talent Management Certification through the Institute for Organizational Development and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
