2021 ASCE/APWA Summer Meeting
Please join us for the 2021 Summer Meeting of the Alabama Section of ASCE and Alabama Chapter of APWA! We are moving back to the newly remodeled Perdido Beach Resort and the conference has been scheduled and structured to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all. Register now!
INSTRUCTIONS: All registrations (conference, sponsor, exhibitor) have been combined into this single online registration, except for the golf tournament registration which will be seperate this year. Please follow the instructions below based on the type of registration you are doing.
If you are an exhibitor and have questions about the registration process or would like to select your booth location, please contact Daniel Kerber at (256) 338-8618 or daniel@camalabama.com. Booth selection will be made on a first come basis in the same order as exhibitor registrations.
Conference Attendees: You may register yourself, and all additional participants from your company, with one click.
- If you are registering additional participants, please include their name, badge and meal information in the registration.
- If you are bringing any guests with you that are not attending the conference, but they will be joining you for the Tuesday lunch, please be sure select and pay for the corresponding number of Extra Lunch Tickets under the Additional Items section.

Conference Exhibitors: Your registration as an exhibitor includes one conference registration. If you need to register additional participants from your company, please do so by entering the total additional number of participants needed under the Conference Attendee registration line item.
Sponsors: If you need to only register for a conference sponsorship, please select the Sponsors Only registration item and select the desired sponsorship option under Additional Items. Golfers: If you and any of your additional participants or guests want to play in the golf tournament, please use the seperate link provided for golf registration.

Hotel & Resort Information
Reservations will be made on an individual call-in basis or through Internet reservation. Please see below for details regarding the reservation phone number and website. Attendees should identify themselves as participants of ASCE 2021 Alabama Section Summer Meeting, Booking ID #15193 in order to receive the special group rate. A credit card and first night’s room and tax will be required to guarantee the reservation.
PLEASE NOTE: Any special requests in regard to sleeping rooms are based on availability at time of arrival. The Perdido Beach Resort will accept reservations, provided there are available rooms within your contracted room block, until Friday, June 18, 2021, at which time any unreserved rooms will be released into general availability.

Group rates apply only to the specific room block and upgrade rates as noted above, and will be made available three days prior to (Thursday, July 8 to Saturday, July 10, 2021) and three days following (Thursday, July 15 to Saturday, July 17, 2021) the event based upon space and rate availability at the time the reservation is confirmed. However, should the three days pre or post-convention include a special event or holiday, the hotel reserves the right of decision to honor or not honor the group rate. The above rates are based on single and double occupancy. Add ten dollars ($10.00) per room night for each additional adult in room.
Individual Cancellations: Cancellations must be made a full five (5) days before scheduled arrival; otherwise, one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
