Learn how the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act (H.R. 1) may impact charitable and planned giving for 501(c)(3)s. We'll tackle specific changes made by the new law; the effective dates of changes; and relevant guidance and comments. Also learn how Charitable Organizations might utilize the new law to provide tax advantages and opportunitites to donors.
