Which YOU is showing up to work, and should it?
A case study in predictive behaviors
APICS Tampa Bay would like to invite our members and their colleagues to attend our Professional Development Meeting from 6:00-8:30 PM on Tuesday, March 12. This will be a joint meeting with the Society of Women Engineers.
Our guest speaker is Mrs. Carissa Gudenkauf of KeyInsight Consulting LLC. She will be presenting a case study in predictive behaviors.
We all tend to act based on our beliefs about what is proper or effective in different environments - whether you are aware of it or not. Depending on who is in the room, you may feel the need to be less dominant or assertive in your behaviors or you may hear your inner voice telling you to be more reserved or more of a "team player". This self-concept change can accelerate or limit your (and your team's) effectiveness. We will discuss the pros and cons of continuing this approach in reaching the goals you've set for yourself, your team and your organization. Complete the online 6 minute assessment so your case study can be YOU.
Objectives:
Pre-Meeting Action Item Alert: By March 9th, complete this assessment (https://assess.predictiveindex.com/VN49Z) to get the full value of this time.
