Pedaling.com held our inaugural Bicycle Event Directors Conference in New England in March 2014. The participants and speakers benefitted from the sessions and meeting one another.
"I thought your conference was a success. I found it very informative and it was nice to bounce information around with other directors. It also gave everyone an opportunity to do some networking. The things I found interesting were the different opinions of the directors on how much to chaarge and if there should be fundraising minimums. Also, the first speaker was very good with lots of info."
" I thought the conference was terrific. Your choice of speakers was excellent and I liked that you kept the meeting moving. You covered a great variety of topics which made it interesting and the material was probably relevant to everyone in attendance."
"I think you did a wonderful job pulling this convference together. All the speakers were worthwhile and I learned something at each session. I look forward to putting bike riding practices that Richaard spoke of into practice."
"Overall, great job and well worth it - you did a really nice job moving the agenda on in a very professional and friendly way - thanks for that!!"
"I enjoyed it and found it quite beneficial. We are only in our second year and came away feeling we were mostly doing the right things."
"Thanks so much for hosting the conference. I found learning about risk management the most useful. Most parts of planning an event are fun and exciting, but there's also the reality that we have an obligation to make sure the participants are safe and our organization is protecting"
