February 29, 2020 McNair Chess Tournament - State Championship Warm-up

Our next McNair Chess Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, February 29, 2020.

Please note section changes as we prepare for the Virginia State Scholastic and College Championships.

Pre-registration closes on Thursday, February 27, 2020.  

The pre-registration fee through Tuesday, February 25, 2020 is $30.00 per chess player.

The pre-registration fee for Wednesday, February 26, 2020 through Thursday, February 27, 2020 is $35.00 per chess player.

On-site registrations will close at 8:30 am on Saturday, February 29, 2020.  The on-site registration fee is $40.00 per chess player. 

No Email/Phone registrations allowed including the day of registration OR after the cut-off of online registrations.

NOTE:  If you need a bye for the later rounds - please notify us prior to the beginning of round 2.

Doors open at 8:00 am for on-site registrations.  On-site registration closes at 8:30 am.  The first round starts at 9:00 am.

NOTE: REMINDER - cancellations are subject to a $3.00 / player handling fee.

NOTE: Participants should use the back / cafeteria doors - the front doors will not be open.
