Kansas Horse Council Region 1 Member Event

You're invited to the Kansas Horse Council Region I (northwest KS) Member Event on Wednesday, March 2nd at Colby Community College.

Come enjoy a relaxed evening with equine attorney, Denise Farris, of Farris Law Firm LLC, identified by Equus Magazine as a National Leader in Equine Law.

Denise will share her expertise regarding legal issues faced by equine owners including:  Premise Liability and Use of Waivers, Boarding Disputes, Contract Issues and Hot Topics from attendees such as Trailer  Hauling Liabilities, the Volunteer Protection Act and the Recreational Land Use Statute. 

There will be plenty of time for Q & A.
