Welcome to the Michigan Sheriffs' Association 2019 Fall Professional Development Conference & Trade Show!

General Show Information

MOVE-IN: Monday, October 14th, from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.

VENDOR ORIENTATION: Monday, October 14th, at 3:45 p.m. (Refreshments will be provided)

SHOW TIMES: Monday, October 14th, from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. and Tuesday, October 15 from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.  These are DEDICATED show times. We do NOT schedule classroom time during our show times. Vendors are welcome to invite their local clients from other law enforcement agencies to attend the trade show between 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Tuesday morning. 

*MSA reserves the right to shift the Trade Show start and/or end time up to one hour either way.  Email notifications will be given if times shift.  Dates will not change.

MOVE-OUT: Tuesday, October 15 starts at 11:00 a.m.

COSTS: Standard 10'x10' booth $520 Regular Price - MSA Members receive 15% Discount!  Please use discount code MEMBER19. Membership renewal may be purchased along with your booth. 

 Additional booths (Membership discount may also be used on these):

• 10'x20' booth $870 Regular Price. MINIMUM SIZE FOR VEHICLE DISPLAY!        
• 10'x30' booth $1,250 Regular Price       
• 10'x40' or 20'x20' booth $1700 Regular Price  

BOOTH EQUIPMENT: All booths will be 10' deep by 10' wide with 8' high back drape and 3' high side dividers. Booths include one 2' by 8' covered and skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket and a Booth ID sign. An exhibitor kit, including shipping instructions & carpet rental for your booth, will be emailed to you once your payment is received.

VEHICLE DISPLAY: Vehicles can be displayed in booth space inside the exhibit hall. Exhibitors are required to reserve enough exhibit space to include their vehicle.  Download the Vehicle Display Requirements Form.   All vehicles must meet these requirements/No Exceptions.

UTILITIES: Electrical services are ordered direct through the Lansing Center. Order Electricity with the Exhibitor Utilities Order Form.

CARPET RENTAL:  The exhibit hall will not be carpeted.  Info on carpet rental for your exhibit space will be available in your exhibitor kit.

EVENT SPONSORSHIPS: Support MSA, stand out among the others, and sponsor a conference event!  Event sponsorships are included in your registration with the trade show booths.  Explore a more detailed look at the events and what is available for sponsorship.

Lodging

The host hotel, the Radisson Hotel, is sold out.

MSA has secured the Crowne Plaza Lansing West and the Spring Hill Suites East Lansing as overflow hotels.  See below for reservation information. 

1. Crowne Plaza Lansing West: Reservations can be made by phone with code MSO at (877) 322-5544 or online using this link MI Sheriff's Association. Reservations must be made by September 13th in order to secure the group rate of $138 per night.

2. SpringHill Suites East Lansing: Reservations can be made by phone at (517) 763-2033, please provide the group name. Online reservations are also available.  Reservations must be made by September 20th in order to secure the group rate of $85 per night.

   The MSA Room Block is exclusively for conference attendees and registered vendors only!

Photography

The Michigan Sheriffs' Association will be taking pictures during the conference. By registering as a vendor for the 2019 Fall Professional Development Conference & Trade Show, you agree that any photographs taken of you may be used in our Newsletters, on Facebook, and on the Michigan Sheriffs' Association website. 

Register Now! Regisration deadline is Friday, September 20, 2019.  After that date, booth costs increase by $100.
