Accelerating CHANGE Webinar

Contray to what we fear, the solution is not to trash what we know but instead to make organic additions to what currently is happening in our congregations. On the other hand, the answer also is not iincremental change. According to Kotter, "any organization that isn't rethinking its direction at least every few years (as well as constantly adjusting to shifting contexts) and then quickly make necessary changes is putting itself at risk."

The Accelerating Change Webinar will be led by The Rev. Alan G. Newton, Executive Minister, ABCRGR. This workshop will be based on the work of John P. Kotter.

Participants will receive a copy of A Sense of Urgency by Dr. Kotter.
