Living Shoreline Permitting Workshop: An Opportunity to Speak with the Regulatory Agencies

Join us as we look to demystify the permitting process for living shorelines in New Jersey. This workshop will provide you with information on how to get through the process in a faster, more efficient way.  The timing is right, as the NJ Chapter of the Nature Conservancy has a Living Shoreline Grant opportunity to support your project as well!

This in-person workshop will feature representatives from the NJ DEP and US Army Corps of Engineers, and will allow participants to get feedback on project proposals as well as learn best practices for successfully navigating the permitting process for living shorelines.

Following a panel presentation and open Q &A with permitting agency representatives, participants will be able to sign up for 15 minute timeslots to have one-on-one interactions with the permitting agencies.  These time slots will be allocated on a first come, first served registration basis, but priority will be given to participants who are in the process of designing a current living shoreline project.

This is a FREE workshop.
