Adapt & Change: An Introduction to NLP

You know you need to learn more, to adapt to change around you and to develop the skills that will move you forward. In just one day, you can recognize how learning happens in your mind/brain/body system and how to make it happen more effectively. You've owned the equipment all your life. Isn't it time you found out how it works?

NLP describes natural learning patterns: it is a set of techniques for learning better by combining your sensory experience (neurology) with language (linguistic) in goal-directed patterns (programming).

Discover how sensory acuity, emotion, patterns and repetition work together. Learning is not optional: it's a natural function of the human brain. Knowing how it happens will give you an edge when you need to adjust your thinking to respond to change.

Here's what to expect:

  • learn some of the basic principles of NLP (neurolinguistic programming)
  • practice techniques in fun, interactive exercises
  • walk away with tools you can use immediately to make change happen

This is a pay-it-forward event. That means that instead of asking you to pay for the training, we are asking for you to do something for someone else. Pay this forward by doing a favour or making a donation to a favourite charity.
