VPMA 2016 Exhibitor Registration 

 

The 2016 Summer Scientific Seminer is heading back to the beach! The meeting will be held at the Virginia Beach Resort & Conference Center, August 18-21, 2016.

Exhibit fees are $1150.00 per single exhibit, $2100 per double exhibit,  and $50.00 per electrical outlet. Fees includes exhibit space and registration for 3 representatives. Exhibit assignments are made by the executive director and seminar chairs and will be made as registrations are received.

Please note that sponsors are required to pay for exhibit space, in addition to the cost of sponsoring the speaker (I.e., honorarium, transportation, sleeping room). Those companies interested in speaker sponsorships may contact Tracy Klimaz, DPM at vpma.meeting@uptonassociates.com directly for information. Please contact the executive director for additional information. 

ExhibitS will set up on Thursday, August 18, 2016 between Noon and 6:00 pm. Exhibits must be ready for business at 7:30 am on Friday, August 19, 2016 in time for continental breakfast in exhibits. Exhibits will break down after the morning refreshment break on Saturday, August 21.

Exhibit Hours:
  Thursday, August 18, 2016 Noon to 6:00 pm 
  Friday, August 19, 2016 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
  Saturday, August 20 7:30 am - 12:00 Noon

Hollins Exposition Services will be our show decorator and will handle freight and drayage. Shipping and equipment information will be provided closer to meeting dates.
