Paul Casey
Founder of MD Solutions, Inc. and expert of GE Centricity Group Management (23 years)
As Founder and President, Paul is responsible for the strategic direction and corporate vision of MD Solutions. Paul has over 20 years of experience in Practice Management, Reimbursement and IT Systems. Over the course of his career, he has managed the financial operations of medical practices that range from small group practices to large multi-specialty organizations with over 120 providers. Paul blends his deep domain knowledge of Electronic Medical Record, Practice Management and other medical practice-based software applications with business operations insight to deliver effective practice management solutions to his clients.
Prior to founding MD Solutions, Paul held Director-level positions at, Mount Auburn Professional Services, The Cancer Center of Boston at New England Baptist Hospital, Medical Practice Management, and the former Brigham Beth Israel Medical Group. In these roles, Paul gained an advanced understanding of a multitude of Business Service Outsourcing disciplines, including Revenue Cycle Management, 837 Claims Production, 835 Remittance Processing, Online Eligibility, Claims Status, and EMR and PMS Implementations.
Paul has extensive experience in training users at all levels and coaching them to understand the material on an individual basis. With 23 years experience with the GE Centricity Group Management system, his practical, real-world experience allows him to teach with a hands-on approach that brings the material to life, giving his students the opportunity to both understand and apply their skills learned in the classroom to their organization.

Bob has spent 16 years in hospital and physician practice financial management, and 17 years with IDX and GE as a Practice Management Consultant to GE customers. Bob has been semi-retired since 2009 and continues to work with GE Group Management customers, periodically collaborating with the MD Solutions team on a number of initiatives. Bob’s extensive knowledge and expertise is invaluable. An opportunity to spend three days learning tips and tricks of Standard, Revised and Custom reporting with Bob is a rare and exciting experience you cannot afford to miss!
