Please join our students for their
100-Mile-Radius Dinner
Student chefs, with the help from supportive faculty and community partners, will create a unique "farm fresh" menu and prepare a five-course meal. All menu ingredients come from local farms within a 100-mile radius of The Greene School, ranging from Eastern Connecticut to Worcester.
The "100-mile Radius Dinner" wraps up a week-long elective course, "Culinary Arts Practicum: The Arts and Science of Food." The students who prepare the dinner incorporate classroom skills, such as math, science and sustainability to create and prepare creative and tasteful dishes.
