Ernie is responsible for oversight of all of the Wealth Division's investment-related activities and personnel, and for leading BMT's process and strategic decision-making as to market analysis and investment approach. He has over 35 years of experience in the investment management industry and continues active management on a number of individual and institutional portfolios, with a specialized expertise in the Energy, Materials and Information Technology Sectors. Ernie formerly served as Chief Investment Officer for the Davidson Trust Company (which was acquired by Bryn Mawr Trust in May 2012), and prior to joining Davidson in 1998, was President and Chief Investment Officer of PNC Equity Advisors Company.
Ernie graduated from the University of Dayton where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and holds an MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia and the New York Society of Security Analysts, as well as the CFA Institute. He serves on the Board of Good Works, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides assistance to low-income homeowners for home repair.
 Krzysztof (Kris) A. Kowal, PhD, CFA Managing Director, Fixed Income Investments DuPont Capital Management Krzysztof (Kris) A. Kowal, Ph.D., CFA, is responsible for DuPont Capital's global fixed income portfolios including Core, Core Plus, High Yield, International Developed and Emerging Markets, and Stable Value funds. Since joining DuPont Capital in 1996, Dr. Kowal has served as the senior portfolio manager for interest rate strategies, emerging markets debt, and fixed income analytics.
Dr. Kowal is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia, and a member of the CFA Institute. Dr. Kowal holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in Physics from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, and is a CFA charterholder.
 Kelley A. McKee, CFA Vice President, Portfolio Manager, Equity Analyst
Delaware Investments Kelley A. McKee is a portfolio manager for the Small-Cap Value / Mid-Cap Value Equity team; she joined the team in July 2005 as an equity analyst. She is responsible for the analysis, purchase, and sale recommendations of basic industry, capital spending, and utilities securities for the firm's Small-Cap Value / Mid-Cap Value portfolios. Prior to joining Delaware Investments, she participated in Lincoln Financial Group's rotational Professional Development Program for three years.
McKee earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Georgetown University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. _________________________________________
