In this one-day introductory Conscious Discipline training, participants will learn andpractice classroom management and social-emotional learning skills and techniques. Conscious Discipline utilizes everyday events rather than an external curriculum, andaddresses the adult's emotional intelligence as well as the child's. Participants will learn torespond to daily conflict in a way that transforms it into an opportunity to teach critical life skillsusing the components of safety, connection, and problem solving in the classroom, as they create a "School Family".
The pandemic has continued to impact decisions on the conference and there is still uncertainty about large gatherings so we have shifted this year's conference to allow you to attend the conference in one of two ways:
Due to this change, a flat rate of $60/person will be offered for this year's conference.
This pricing is the same for both formats of attendance.
