Featured Presenter: Phil Markwardt, TLC Director with the Hiland Mountain Correctional Center. 

Presentation Summary: Mr. Markwardt has been heavily involved in our community for approximately 40 years. His work inside a faith-based program inside Hiland Correctional Center has shown positive change in individuals with a recidivism rate being less than half that of the general population inmates. 

It continues to appear that crime rates are increasing in our community. Come listen to Mr. Markwardt's successes for positive change and it's impacts within our community.
