Homelessness in Our City
Guest Speaker: Bill Lee
Tuesday, April 13 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Our April guest speaker will be Bill Lee, the Executive Director of Martha's Kitchen in San Jose. He will be speaking about current homelessness in our city and the work that his organization and some other organizations are doing to alleviate the hardships faced by our homeless population. We are reminded that when we help those in need we are doing the same for Christ whom we encounter in them.

Meet Bill Lee
Bill was born and raised in Southern California. He is a product of Jesuit education. A graduate of Loyola High School in Los Angeles, he completed both his undergraduate study and MBA at Santa Clara University and was a member of the Bronco football team. He founded a very successful national manufacturing and distribution company in the window shutter industry. Having sold the company, he is excited to become part of the mission at Martha's Kitchen. He resides in Hollister with his wife and two sons. In his free time he enjoys bicycling and coaches youth basketball.
Men's Evening of Reflection is a time to encounter God and self in a deeper way and build meaningful relationships.
Each month, men from the Bay area gather around the fire pit on the terrace of Our Lady of Santa Clara Retreat Center and discuss dimension of masculine spirituality as reveled by Christ in the Gospel. A time to encounter God and self in a deeper way and building meaningful relationships.
Donations are welcome!!!
This is a free event although free-will offerings are much needed and very appreciated (suggested offering $25.00). BYOB - wine is welcome!
