Welcome to another season of Columbia Section ASCE meetings! Come join us at O'Callahan's at the Shilo Inn in Richland to learn about a local project that is still under construction. Our speaker will be Phil Brown from GSI and he will inform us about how the project for the City of Kennewick has overcome it's own design challenges and construction challenges.
