Steve Catney is the Executive Director and Founder of Alliance Youth Services Inc. and has over 25 years of experience in Child Welfare. Alliance Youth Services Inc. operates residential and foster programs for individuals who have FASD, as well as specialized behavioural and learning needs.
Karen Catney, M.Ed., is the Director of Placement at Alliance Youth Services Inc. She is an FASD consultant and educator where she assists treatment agencies, as well as families and caregivers on case management, development and implementation of strategies for those who are caring for or working with individuals with FASD.
Limited Subsidies**Persons living with an FASD, Parents, Caregivers & Family Members of persons living with a FASD you can apply for a full subsidy to attend (see the registration page to apply for this, we will contact you if you are successful)

Special dietary concerns must be submitted by Tuesday, October 16th.

Cancellations will need to be received by 4pm Tuesday, October 16th via email to mparkes@norwestchc.org or via voice mail to 807.626.8485 or you will be responsible to pay your registration fees due to the cost of confirmed meals and materials.
