Multi-Owner Businesses: Formalizing Structures for Success | June 15
In companies with multiple owners, there's often a challenge in identifying the "jobs" each owner has in the business and separating the role as an "owner" from the role as a "worker". These concepts are separate (as you can fire an employee but not an owner) but also must tie together because the business needs a framework to make decisions if relationships aren't working out. During this program, we’ll discuss how to create structures and documents that both separate and tie these concepts together including:

- How to determine what roles owners versus workers perform
- Documents needed to formalize the owner-worker structure of your business
- Holding owners accountable for their role(s) in the business
