The Transportation Club of Seattle in-person 1 September Lunch and Learn

Good day to all. Great to be back!! The Transportation Club of Seattle is back and ready to welcome you to our 1 September meeting. It will be held in person at our new venue, Glen Acres Golf and Country Club, 1000 South 112th Street, Seattle, WA 98168.

Our speaker is Bill Mongelluzzo, Senior Editor in Long Beach for the Journal of Commerce. Although he is not able to travel at this time, Bill will be on the Big Screen at the meeting. Many of you have heard Bill speak in the past and he will be bringing to you very valuable information on the chaos that exists on the West Coast for import and export cargo. His bio follows:

Bill Mongelluzzo is a senior editor in Long Beach for the Journal of Commerce. The JOC is one of the longest-continuing publications in the U.S. It was founded in New York in 1827 and is considered the authority on international transportation logistics. Bill has served with the Journal of Commerce since 1980 and has reported over the years from JOC offices in New Orleans, New York and Long Beach. He is a native of Chicago and a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism. He has a master’s degree in history from the University of New Orleans.
