Wild Coachella: Bringing Nature Home 

Dr. Cameron Barrows and Katie Barrows will discuss why landscaping with native plants is important, including the benefits to wildlife, the benefits to our wellbeing, water conservation, climate resilience, and more. This talk will also discuss how: Where to obtain plants, planting tips, watering and maintenance, when to prune, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: The lecture will begin at 6 p.m., but everyone is invited to attend a reception prior to the program at 5 p.m. Meet the fascinating speakers, mingle with other people who are interested in desert plants, and enjoy some light refreshments. You are welcome to bring your family and friends!
