Abigail Mirarchi is the Founder of Accelerated Instructional Media, Inc. (AIM), a woman-owned, family-run company. She is a highly experienced performance and development strategist and instructional design architect.

Before devoting full-time to AIM almost 15-years ago, Abigail served as R&D and Art Director in various markets, Department Chair of Visual Communications, Training Manager, Sr. Instructional Systems Designer, and Project Manager of workforce development programs ranging for 200 – 25,000 employees worldwide. Abigail holds numerous Project Management Certificates from Villanova University, an MS from Lehigh University, a BFA from Kutztown University, and is Strategic Workforce Planning Certified. She is a devoted Board Member for the Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce, Keynote Motivational Speaker & Presenter, and Mentor for professional development, instructional design, creative thinking.

In addition to being coined as a Swiss Army Knife for innovative learning, development, and delivery solutions, you can find Abigail often working on her award-winning water garden and tinkering around her farmette of chickens.
