2015 Dollars for Scholars Affiliate Conference:
Expanding Your Reach

Scholarship America is excited to welcome everyone from the Dollars for Scholars network to this year's series of Affiliate Conferences! The Southern California conference will be held on February 28 at National University in Costa Mesa. There will also be an optional pre-conference session the evening of February 27 at Orange County Department of Education in Costa Mesa.

This year's theme, “Expanding Your Reach,” will focus on affiliate capacity building and impact through best practice operations and partnerships. The conference theme will be integrated in learning and sharing opportunities throughout the day. 

Before you register, please read these important announcements.

New Pricing Structure
For this year's conferences, we're introducing a new pricing structure so you can get the most out of your travel. Because of the discounts and benefits for multiple attendees, please do your best to confirm all attendees from your affiliate before signing up. Pricing is as follows:

• 1-3 attendees: $100 total -- your best deal is to register three attendees for just $100!
• 4+ attendees: $30 per additional person
• 5+ attendees: Affiliates sending five or more attendees will be eligible for a drawing to win a $500 grant for their affiliate!

Friday Governance Session
In addition to the learning and networking opportunities on the Saturday of the conference, we're also hosting a special Friday evening session on affiliate governance. We encourage all community chapter presidents, vice-presidents, secretaries and treasurers to come learn the ins and outs of board governance -- there's no extra charge for the Friday session. The Friday session will run from 6:00 to 8:30 pm at the Orange County Department of Education in Costa Mesa.
