This will be a fully experiential guided relaxation training session to calm the mind and body. Being in a relaxed state opens up the imagination and enhances your creative thinking capabilities. Relaxation is also an essential tool for stress management and wellbeing.

Beth Freschi is a relaxation and life coach based in the Twin Cities. After 15+ years working in mental health, she started A Time for Expression, LLC in 2006 as a way to help people learn new ways to relax, explore possibilities, and experience more personal and professional satisfaction in their lives.

Through in-person relaxation training sessions, experiential speaking engagements and guided relaxation recordings, Beth helps people feel more balanced and at ease in their lives. Her sessions and recordings feature various techniques such as deep breathing, muscle relaxation, guided imagery and meditation to help calm the mind and body.

Beth works with colleges and universities, corporations and other organizations, as well as individuals, to create customized relaxation training programs to help people manage stress, sleep more soundly at night, and approach their days with renewed energy and vitality. Her recordings are in the same format as the in-person sessions, so people can practice relaxation training at home, school, or at work.

As a life coach, Beth works primarily with artists and creative individuals who have a strong interest in the process of life coaching. Her life coaching clients appreciate her objective, enthusiastic coaching style that encourages free expression and creative thinking, helping them approach their life and work with a greater sense of direction and purpose.
